The Weendict Platform

Weendict provides an online platform that facilitates arbitrage trade opportunities, data-driven insights, and optional mentorship programs. Weendict operates globally and offers both automated marketplace listings and educational/mentorship services for individuals that want to learn pragmatic arbitrage trading outside the platform.

By creating an account, using the website, enrolling in mentorship, or otherwise accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (linked below). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Platform & Mentorship Services

Weendict offers:

• Marketplace & Trade Listings: A venue where arbitrage opportunities are posted. Participation may require deposits and acceptance of trade terms.
• Automated Tools: Monitoring and analytics tools to surface potential opportunities. Use of tools may require account verification.
• Mentorship & Training: One-on-one virtual pragmatic training sessions (the "Mentorship Program") that teach how Weendict’s team executes trades. Mentorship is offered for a fee; trainees may receive materials, templates, and guidance for independent trading.

Weendict does not act as a broker, investment advisor, or custodial manager of your external funds unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Who may use Weendict

You must be at least the legal age in your jurisdiction and able to form binding contracts. Some features may be unavailable in certain countries due to local regulation. Users are responsible for complying with local laws, taxes, and registration requirements.

EU & UK consumers: You have statutory rights under consumer-protection law, including the right to clear pre-contract information and a 14-day withdrawal period for certain digital purchases unless service delivery has already begun with your consent.

US residents: Services are provided under applicable federal and state consumer laws. Certain states may provide additional cancellation or refund protections, which will apply to the extent required by law.

Account, Conduct & Security

• Accurate Information: Provide and maintain accurate account information and KYC documents where required.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• No Manipulation: Do not use the platform to manipulate markets, collude with others to falsify results, or perform fraudulent activity.
• Legal Compliance: Do not use services for illegal activities (fraud, money laundering, or sanction evasion).

Mentorship Program — Terms Specific to Training

The Mentorship Program is an educational, paid offering designed to teach participants how to execute arbitrage trades independently. Key points:

• One-on-One Delivery: Sessions are delivered remotely by Weendict instructors or approved partners.
• Fee-based: Fees and payment terms are disclosed at enrollment. Fees do not include any capital used for live trades outside the mentorship unless explicitly stated.
• No Guaranteed Results: Mentorship provides instruction and templates; it does not guarantee profits. Trading risks remain with the trainee.
• Intellectual Property: Course materials, templates, and processes remain the property of Weendict. Trainees receive a limited license to use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Confidentiality: Trainees shall not share proprietary strategies or internal tools learned during mentorship with third parties without written consent.
• Refund & Cancellation: See the Payments & Refunds section below for the current refund policy specific to mentorship enrollments.

Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

All fees for Weendict services (including mentorship) are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms.

• Accepted payment methods: Major cards, bank transfers, and supported digital payment methods (as displayed at checkout).
• Fees: Fees for specific mentorship packages, subscriptions, or one-off services are posted on the relevant product page and confirmed during checkout.
• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, paid mentorship sessions are non-refundable after the session(s) are delivered. If a session is cancelled by Weendict, a pro rata refund or rescheduling option will be offered. For platform fees tied to specific trades, refunds follow the trade’s terms (e.g., auto-refund if a trade window is missed).
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your payments and use of the services.

EU & UK consumers: For digital content or services, you may lose your right to withdraw once you expressly consent to immediate access or participation. Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Other jurisdictions: Local refund or consumer rights laws will apply where they provide greater protection than these Terms.

Trading Risks & No Advice

Regional disclosure: Users in the EU, UK, and US should be aware that trading and arbitrage activities may not be covered by local investor-compensation or deposit-guarantee schemes. Participation is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weendict, its officers, agents, partners and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the services. You agree to indemnify and hold Weendict harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misconduct.

EU & UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

US consumers: Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Account Actions

Weendict may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Upon termination, certain data may be retained for regulatory, tax, or record-keeping obligations.

Ownership of Content & Marks

All content on the Weendict platform — including site design, logos, course materials, code, and proprietary tools — is protected by copyright and other IP rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

Weendict collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to such processing and transfer of data in accordance with that policy. Some features require identity verification (KYC) which involves collecting sensitive personal data.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction everywhere Weendict is incorporated. If you are a user located elsewhere and have questions about how these terms apply to you, please contact us. Where required by law, consumers may have additional rights which are not limited by this clause.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by contacting us.

EU consumers: You may access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Weendict is not obligated but may agree to participate in an alternative dispute-resolution procedure.

UK consumers: Disputes may also be referred to a certified ADR provider as defined under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.

US residents: Where applicable, disputes will be handled under state or federal jurisdiction consistent with consumer-protection laws. Class-action waivers or arbitration clauses may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically.

Participation in Weendict’s mentorship or training programs does not establish a fiduciary, employment, or partnership relationship. Mentorship sessions are for knowledge transfer and skill development only. All trading and capital deployment thereafter are performed at the participant’s discretion and risk.

7. Regulatory and Regional Notices

• European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK): Weendict complies with consumer protection laws and ensures users retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to withdraw from a digital service within 14 days when applicable, or your rights to fair dealing and transparency.
• United States (USA): Services provided by Weendict are not regulated financial instruments. Weendict does not operate as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or money transmitter under U.S. law. Users must comply with federal and state laws, including applicable tax obligations and trading regulations.
• Other Regions: Users outside the EU, UK, and USA are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws and regulations. Weendict reserves the right to restrict access in regions where its services may not legally operate.
